Lise began her professional photography career in 2015 by photographing events and objects at a museum. Working alongside a curator, she helped digitally archive Indigenous art and worked alongside the curator in archiving works from the museum collection through photography and text. She's filmed lectures shared by local artists about the nature of their work on the company website.
In 2018, she began cooking vegan dishes for an organic grocery store; she got the idea to showcase daily specials on the company's Instagram story by creating graphics to share daily soups, specials, and baked goods to build connections with regular and new customers. She professionally photographed with her DSLR to post on social media with the hashtag #veganthursday.
Lise has worked as a graphic designer and layout artist for destination magazines. By utilizing her design, printing, archiving, and organizational skills, she's produced over 40 magazines distributed across the U.S. and created a digital archive of interviews with business owners, artists, and musicians for print in Destination Peoria.

In 2020, she began work as a graphic designer and social media manager at a beer distributor. She created catalogs featuring over 30 companies selling beer, cider, and wine, upped brand awareness through consistent design, and scheduled posting on the company's Facebook. She's designed advertisements for brands like Left Hand Brewing, Stone Brewing, Bold Rock Hard Cider, and more.

Lise Minzes is a queer artist creating Webskapes. Her knowledge of early era internet aesthetics combined with a working class background creates unique spaces and stories in the digital realm. Starting from editing the design of her Deadjournal as a pre-teen to photographing urban trash landscapes, she hopes to continue to implement her work into gallery spaces — physical and digital.

Lise began working with Peoria drag queen and queer trans artist Alexander Martin as a videographer for over two years. She has been a social media assistant for YAKU Peoria & UKAYZINE — creating a steady posting schedule showcasing artists, events, and marketing for a magazine featured in Chicago, France and Congo. Her work features aesthetics on her Instagram that feature trash, her unique clothing style, and featured graphic design. She opened her store in July 2020 to sell prints of her photography. Lise's work has been in Peoria Magazine, the Peoria Wellfest cookbook, and collaborative shows at Soulside Healing Arts featuring multimedia queer artists.
